Unspam is the email conference for people who’d rather do literally anything else than try to sit through boring, over-priced, sales-led presentations. This year, we’re thrilled to be Unspamming (yes, it’s a verb now) in charming Baltimore, Maryland! Our home base? The historic and gorgeously revamped Lord Baltimore Hotel (say it out loud with a pretentious accent for full effect).
We keep Unspam small on purpose so it is personal, and—dare I say—fun. You’re not sitting through ego panels or dodging sales reps. Instead, you’re playing games, joining competitions, and getting real, uncensored advice from people who've been in your shoes and genuinely care about what you are building. The best part: leaving with actionable strategies and an expert network that will make an impact on your email program. (We probably should've started with that part, yeah?)

We get it—traveling for events is a commitment. But Unspam isn’t like anything else out there. It’s small enough to feel like an outing with friends, big enough to spark ideas, and weird enough to keep you talking about it long after you leave. Plus, we’ll have snacks. Good ones.

- Where should I stay?
Everyone is staying at The Lord Baltimore Hotel for the multi-day Unspam experience. The hotel is giving us a discounted room rate for the event. (RGE does not get a kick-back for you staying at the venue, but having people stay at the hotel keeps our ticket prices low and keeps everything consolidated.) - Can I purchase a "virtual" ticket and watch it live?
We tried that once and it was not fun. We understand if you can't make the journey or there is a conflict, but Unspam is best experienced in person due to the extra stuff during the event. - Do you offer discounts for teams?
Yep! Select the "Group Ticket" option when checking out with 5 or more, and you'll save $49 per ticket. - When will the schedule & speakers be posted?
That's the next thing on our list. We wanted to get this notice out ASAP since people have been requesting it to be done before the end of the year. We have a couple spots left for brand-side speakers if you are interested in teaching people at Unspam. Hit us up at unspam@reallygoodemails.com. - If I have a sales role, can I attend Unspam?
Nope. Unspam is not for cold-emailing or trying to get someone at the event to buy your wares. We have a strict no-selling policy and everything is really tailored to brand-side (or their agencies) operators. - Will you have any other Unspam events in 2025?
Baltimore is the only scheduled "big" event in 2025. However, we are working on smaller, local networking events which we call "Single Slice" outings. So far we've held them in San Mateo, Boston, Atlanta, and Austin. Keep an eye out in the RGE newsletter for more cities in 2025. - Can my company be a sponsor? Maybe! It's good to know we don’t do booths, badge scanning, or pay-to-play at Unspam. Instead, we work with sponsors to develop meaningful experiences and co-create playful and memorable activations that align with your brand and offer value both to you and the attendees.
